Vacuum systems with mixing condensers.High performance for complex demands.

Körting’s customizable vacuum systems with mixing condensers are trusted across the process industry for their versatility, efficiency, and reliability. Designed for nearly unlimited applications, they deliver stable operation and energy-saving performance even under demanding process conditions.

Example of a Körting vacuum system in practice

This four-stage steam jet vacuum system with mixing condensers demonstrates Körting’s capability in designing efficient solutions for demanding industrial processes. Two series-connected ejector stages achieve suction pressures down to 1 mbar, depending on cooling water temperature, while keeping motive steam consumption low. Two additional stages compress non-condensable gases to atmospheric pressure. The integrated mixing condenser improves energy efficiency by condensing motive steam from the upstream ejector.

Prefer to avoidnixing process and cooling media?

If direct mixing of process vapors and cooling water in the mixing condenser is not desired, this can be avoided by using a vacuum system with a surface condenser. This setup keeps both media separate and prevents cross-contamination
